Already at the time of delivery there was a slight embarrassment - there was dirt on the reception desk and the jackets collapsed there and noted that they were dirty, the employee remarked that they were dirty on the table received a boorish answer that the table is clean until he ran his hand over the table and did not show dirt on the palm, no one was going to apologize. When accepting the work, the traces did not disappear. At the request to remake received a refusal, citing the fact that they are not removed. Then immediately one of the jackets was given to another dry cleaner, in which the work was performed perfectly. The fact that the work was of poor quality was reported to the receptionist and the hotline, they offered to remake another jacket that remained .... although I have no desire to contact this Sharazhka office ... they also refuse to return the money. The staff is given a problem to one place ... I'm not me and the house is not mine ... solve your problem yourself ... Dear owners and administration of dry cleaning Perfecto, I will not dine for 630 UAH and you will not get rich, but your reputation is so myself ... Attitudes towards customers are the bottom !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone !!!
