The woman consultant of this dry-cleaner convinced me that they clean well, nothing goes astray. Ok, I brought my coat for a couple of hours, which I have never washed before ... She says in the end, it's good that you brought the coat, but honestly, I don't give any guarantee that it won't break. It often happens with us that holofiber gets lost. My question is: "Well, I initially told you what kind of filler, initially we discussed the wishes with you." And this, to the greatest regret, says that they do not care, they have a bare bet. Therefore: "I turn what I want." On the other hand, what kind of dry cleaning is this that holofiber can get off? Most likely, they do not use special technologies, and so they throw them into drums for washing ........... Bottom line: I went to another dry-cleaner, showed her coat too, told the situation with the Perfetto dry-cleaner, the girls threw up their hands and said, apparently, there are no professionals in their field

Very good dry cleaning. Careful cleaning of things, especially cleaning of blankets, in the other, I was spoiled by a bamboo blanket. I use it for a very long time and I recommend it to everyone.
