Cognitive Museum, especially the history of the police, as this high-rise building and the museum itself were built at the expense of this structure. The only thing is that the interior of the museum is somewhat morally outdated: in the style of the 80s of the last century.

Does the museum work at all? We came on a weekday, kissed the closed door and left. Caution! On the territory of the museum there lives a small canine flock! Dogs growl at visitors and are clearly unfriendly.

Came on Saturday at 14-00, kissed the closed door. It's good that they hid from the rain. But so in a museum and didn't get though according to the schedule it had to work.
