SMS comes with promotions, but for some reason in the store, no one thinks about it ... because the second product was never given ( I say that I have bonuses on the card, I show an SMS, and they answer me "well, I don't know, I don't see any bonuses." Then it turns out that these bonuses were split into goods that should have been free at all ... Honestly, I do not know what the problem is, in the store itself or in the staff, who does not know about store promotions, or how to resolve conflict situations, but the result is obvious ( In Kiev, when visiting this network, there were no problems once, but here, as they say, everything at once ...
