The object of urban street art is located on the wall of the power station on the avenue of freedom, near the graffiti with the image of Kobzar. Vladimir Shapoval, the Kremenchug soldier of the Armed Forces, who died on March 6, 2016, under the Scouts of the Luhansk region, is the main figure on the mura. He is depicted on the right, in a complete outfit, against the background of other military.
