I think it is worth adding a description of the mural with Shevchenko. Indeed, in September 2017, Taras Grigorievich had neighbors. Local artist Sergey Brilev with a group of assistants created a mural called "Vzglyad", which decorated the blank wall of the power station. In the center of the composition is a soldier of the armed forces of Ukraine Vladimir Shapoval, who died in March 2016.
