Granite rock rises from the ground near the Dnieper River in Kremenchug. Earlier, when there was no Kremenchug HPP and other hydroelectric power plants, the city was flooded during floods. And on this rock made marks of the level of rising water in the river. Now the city is no longer flooded, and the marks on the rock remained and it was made into a Granite Register.
