I’m lying here the second day for diagnostics in the children's department # 9. Worse nowhere, cold, telephones only after 6 in the evening and then, only 20 minutes. Purely what would parents call. Food is carried in plastic buckets from under paints and so on. The walls are peeled, dirty. Complete unsanitary conditions in the shower / toilet. I can’t understand why patients are lying with normal children who are being diagnosed? In addition, children are beaten with iron handles from floor brushes. Is there at least sometimes a dignity station? Did they see what was going on here at all? If you need to go to the doctors in another building, then change into dirty, torn, smelly jackets. I’m silent about shoes. It’s not clear what they feed, sometimes they give me sweets. Transmissions from parents can only be done at lunchtime and take what is pleasing in an amount of not more than 2 pieces. End at 6 pm after calling parents, wake up at 6 in the morning. The conditions are terrible.

The territory of the school is surrounded by a ruined fence. The sports field and football field is a complete nightmare. In the mornings, “dog lovers” walk their dogs in the school yard. And they poop ... Complete horror. The famous character Bulgakov called such a ruin. I can not judge the level of training ...
