A very beautiful monument with a huge energy of memories and pleasant moments. This is one of the places of worship in the city, not only in historical terms, but also in terms of memories regarding signs and photographs. Many people born in the USSR have children's photos near this monument (I am also one of these people). Pleasant childhood memories that are associated with the victory-amusement park, the plane, if anyone finds it, it all inspires indescribable emotions experienced in childhood. The only thing I would like to change is the park, going from the monument to the construction institute, I hope that in the near future everything will change and the park will be no worse than the monument itself.

accidentally ended up in the area. it is very beautiful in here. and the main decoration is the Kelin Monument
