Interesting museum and building

Interesting, but needs more information in English for international visitors

Unless you speak Russian or Ukrainian this place is a waste of time. As a lover of history, I wanted to take a look. One page of English per room and lots of tired artifacts. Mention is never made of Greeks or Jews in relation to cultural, economic or historical impact despite them making up over one third of the town and more than half the economic activity.
