I see that I am not the first to face this problem. It's sad that they don't take action.

Very unhappy. I gave the winter jacket in the spring, when it was time to wear it, took off the packaging bag in which it was given, and they did not even intend to clean the jacket. (The review was written later than the situation was). I do not advise I received a response to my review from the company employees. It's nice that they understand the situation and solve it.
