I thought the price was too high, but since I was very happy with the cleaning last time, I decided that I would pay for this repair. Naturally, the terms for issuing the order were moved (I understand). It's time to issue the order. I took my jacket in the evening, in the morning I decided to use it. And I was very surprised that I could not fit into the sleeve with my right hand). (The renovation consisted of replacing most of the lining.) They just stopped the lining and sewed it wrong. I went back to dry cleaning and gave the jacket back for revision. She was accepted without any problems. I asked the receiver about the timing. To which I received an answer that they would contact me soon. Later I called the hotline to clarify the information. They promised to clarify and contact. The third day I am waiting for communication with me. I would also like to note the work of the application. There are pluses in it, but minuses cover all these pluses. During my wait, I received several notifications that my order was ready, but in fact it was not ready. Communication through the app is extremely long. If they answer your questions, then at intervals of several hours, or even days. Let me summarize. I have no complaints about the quality of jacket cleaning. Well done, all contamination removed. With regards to repairs - it is expensive, inattentive. And the service in the call center and the application is very frustrating. My order from October 24th is still being fulfilled and I do not know yet about the deadline for its completion. November 17th and I finally got my jacket. Repair of the sleeve, believe it or not, it was allegedly altered three times) is another story. It all ended with the completion of the renovation and a 20% discount on the next order. It seems that they tried to make amends for their mistake with the repair, but, to be honest, there is no longer any desire to contact this network.
