Памятник Гоцману

I enjoyed watching the television series "Liquidation" with Mashkov in the title role. While in Odessa, I decided to go through the filming locations. Including see the monument to David Gotsman. Actually, the bronze policeman does not look like Mashkov, but the sculptor wanted it to be a collective image of the Odessa policeman of the post-war period. The prototype of this image was the well-known employee of the criminal investigation department in post-war Odessa, David Kurlyand. He was also a type of David Gotzman. The series was filmed in Odessa in 2006, and the monument was opened in December 2008. Nice sculpture, only, in my opinion, pigeons are useless here. By the way, one of the four bronze pigeons was soon stolen, although the sculpture stands in front of the headquarters of the police.

A beautiful romantic monument to those law enforcement officers who honestly fought and is fighting crime, not selling for a penny and not buying any titles, posts, or awards !!!!!!!

Nice old sturdy building. There is nowhere to park, cops filled everything, even the parking lot of the children's clinic ... but sho take them from them, they are like children ...
