Павло Шкільний (11/18/2020)
in 1896 it was built by brothers Jan and Karol Schultz in order to settle in it. Jan Schultz is called the founder of the Lviv secession. Among his famous works are Villa Globinska on 48 Drahomanova Street, a residential building with a pharmacy “Under the Golden Star” (Mikolyasha) on 1 Kopernyka Street, and a military casino on Fredra, 1. A Gothic inscription under the window on the second floor of the building in Polish reads: “Jan and Karol Schultz, architects and owners, built this house for their own use. The year is 1896 ”. The house is built in the Neo-Renaissance style with elements of Mannerism and is an example of elite housing in "Austrian" Lviv.

As usual, nothing marked as to reach the Shulcy tenement house and there is no sign on the building in addition to the old inscription who and whom she belonged to and it is worth seeing because of the turrets and elevations

It is an architectural landmark built by two brothers. In Soviet times it was used as a police station, later divided into apartments, it was very destroyed. It has been partially restored in recent years.
