If you want to be a decent institution, then stop letting children go. Even adults get drunk to a loss of consciousness and sleep in nearby courtyards, even under the establishment. I regularly observe blood and vomiting. In summer, it’s impossible to sleep at all, because drunk youth after a booze falls out on the street and yells at the entire area. If your customers are not adequate, do not pour.

The location itself is not bad. But the staff (waiters) do not work very well, they take the order for a long time and when you need something, you look, but no one is there. The waitress is constantly on the phone. So, Astoria, change the staff and everything will be fine, because no one is interested in their work and no one cares about the people who visit this institution.
