I spent 2800 uah (around 83 euros) on getting ten shirts dry cleaned,which is about three to four times the price of the same service in central London. The service took nearly a week ( not a 'momento'), and when I went to collect it they refused to provide me with a bag to carry my shirts in, meaning I had to walk in the snow for 30 minutes with the shirts crumpled under my arm. I think that for a staggering 83 euros they might provide a plastic bag. Not these guys! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. In response: So you are saying that you charged me more according to how much dirt was on the shirt? Are you mad? Some of the shirts had only been worn once. I asked for a carrier bag and was told 'no'. RIP OFF
