I rented a car for 35 days and my experience was perfect: car was clean and in a good condition, communication with the company agent was excellent - Denis was friendly and ready to answer all my questions. Also one important thing is that cars have the full insurance and the company can provide you the documents to prove it, if you want to check (like I did). As a bonus I could leave the rented car almost at any point of Kyiv, because the rent-period was greater than a month.

I really enjoyed renting a car from them.  They are a fair company that adheres to times and takes care of providing new vehicles. The highlight is the excellent service they provided. It was a perfect experience.

I received a very good service by NovaRent, timely presence for dispatch and receipt of the vehicle, quick and precise in formalities. Vehicle was in excellent condition.

At the beginning I was a bit worry to deal with Nova Car as I usually deal with international car rental companies, but I found Nova Car is providing half price of any other rental car companies ( rent mid-size car for a month) and the agent helped me over email, whats up and viper by replying to my questions immediately. The representative was waiting me when I picked up and dropped off the car at airport, I didn’t wait even for a minute. The car was clean and in a very good condition. The agent even confirmed with me after they released the deposit amount which no company does that. Nova Car really surprised me by their great service and price. definitely I will deal with them every time I go to Ukraine. Highly recommend for any one who wants to rent a car in Ukraine. We have rented a car from Nova Rent for quite a long period, for about 3 weeks, nova rent representative has helped us to make a choice, and gave us outstanding service and support, at any time we have asked any questions during 3 weeks. The car was clean and in great condition, the pick up and return process was really nice and easy, even though we were late cause of flight delays and traffic. I will definitely approach the company again once I will need a car rental services in Ukraine. Strongly recommend, and thank you for great service.
