They spoiled the sheepskin coat and also took off the money for dry cleaning. Sheepskin coat - in the trash, money - down the drain. Previously, they called back and said that they won’t be able to clean, they didn’t charge for it. Now they just spoil things and take money for it. (With uv already your former regular customer)
