In May 2013, the first work of art appeared in the capital, which is located on the water surface of the Dnieper River - the sculpture “A rare bird”. Interesting Facts: - “Rare Bird” in height turned out to be 3.5 meters, and its wingspan reaches 5 meters, - the sculpture weighs 500 kilograms, - for its creation, one of the workshops of the Experimental Welding Equipment Plant of the Institute of Electric Welding named after Patona - work on the sculpture took 5 months, - each element of the Rare Bird is manually welded from ferrous metal.
