I went to this dry cleaner for the first time. I handed over a shirt and sneakers. The girl who took the "order" was very friendly and disposed to herself. When returning the shirt, I emphasized that there is a stain that needs to be removed (this was the reason for the delivery to dry cleaning). Everything was done in the shortest possible time, this is certainly a plus, but taking the shirt and examining it at home in good lighting, I found that the stain, although it became less noticeable, still remained. Having called the contact phone number, they told me, they say, yes, the technologist asked me to convey that the stain could not be completely removed (why wasn’t they told me about this when I took it? 🤷🏻‍♀️). There are no complaints about sneakers. There is a double impression: the service seems to be good, but the work has not been completed in fact.
