I rented 2 carpets, one of which is woolen and also fringed. So, I'm pleasantly impressed with the quality: the carpets are clean, fluffy, fringe is also clean and the color is like a new carpet - milk! A year ago they rented them for washing on a car wash that's near Deposition. It was very disappointed: the carpets became cleaner, but with a gray hue, and the fringe was a color of coffee with milk (I understood the water for thorough washing and the rinse there was sorry). Very nice owner. First, after giving carpets to the dry-cleaner, the work was done not too qualitatively. After the response the owner phoned and agreed to clean his carpet again at his own expense. All is well. thanks
