Действительно достопримечательность, дом лекаря Гампера и Гамперский спуск. Однако напротив валится стена для выравнивания ландшафта. По итогу спуск внизу теперь "опасная зона", прям напротив дома...

Beautiful historically valuable house

The house is in the Gothic style, in it lived the famous Mariupol doctor Sergei Gamper. In Gamper's time, the house was surrounded by a large yard with a garden, a swimming pool with swans. After the revolution, the owners of the house emigrated, and it went to communal ownership. Now the house is in disrepair.

It's a pity that the house is in such desolation. Ordinary people live there, but a museum should be built. Air conditioner warts disfigure the architecture of the house.
