I wanted to rent a car in this company. I made a rental through the website and paid for the reservation (thank God I paid only $ 15 of the reservation and not for the entire period). After almost an hour, I received a notification in the mail that this car is not available for the indicated period and I am offered an “alternative option”, but 30% more expensive than what I booked. After talking with managers, I realized that searching for a car on the site has nothing to do with the real availability of a car, and paying for a reservation is nothing to do with booking a car. I ask the management of the company to take measures in order not to mislead customers and avoid similar situations in the future. P.S. in such situations, it is customary to give an "alternative option" at the price of the reservation, but as the manager explained, what I paid does not mean that the reservation is confirmed and therefore an alternative option is not set for the same price. P.P.S. I see 2 exits in this situation: 1) keep current records of cars on the site (as an option to integrate the site with your internal accounting system, if any) 2) redirect users to the reservation payment page only after the manager confirms

He was on a business trip in the Dnieper and it was here that he took a car in order to move freely around the city. The choice of cars is large, the price is different, depending on the car. As a result, I was satisfied. I advise !!!
