Great service! We flew in from Canada and decided to rent a car for traveling around our native Ukraine and did not expect that everything would be so simple, fast and comfortable! Kiev manager Denis over the phone announced all the conditions and availability of the lease, and the Dnieper manager Alexander, already in Dnipro, did everything to make it all happen quickly, understandably and conveniently for us! We were planning to take a Suzuki Vitara, but at the time of issue of the car it was not there and we were offered KIA Sportage, a class higher, but at the same price! And they also provided a 13% discount on the card (our daughter also rented a car before that)! Manager Alexander is a professional in his field, he is fluent in the technique of communicating with a client, we were satisfied with the efficiency and friendliness. This, incidentally, also applies to the return of the car. We took insurance with a 50% deductible, and with an appropriate deposit. Everything was returned back without any problems!
