The hotel is beautiful, but there are a couple of nuances. We were on a business trip, the administrator wanted to keep the original order, because there is no photocopy. This is the first time I see this. I had to look for a photocopier in the city. The room is cool, the battery is barely warm. The remote control from the air conditioner is hidden somewhere. In everything else, the hotel is beautiful.

A small quiet hotel in the city center. The room is not cramped, warm, clean. White clean bed, comfortable mattress. The room has a working TV, refrigerator. Hot water from the boiler. Clean, mold-free shower. There is a set of three towels, liquid soap and bags of shampoo. The room lacks a lamp next to the bed with a switch at arm's length and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Low data transfer rate over WiFi when there are few users. Payment at the hotel in cash only :( In the common corridor on the floor there is an additional refrigerator and microwave. The receptionist makes an espresso for UAH 11. :-)

Everything is good ... but I didn't really like the bunk beds, it's not for everybody!

Was in a junior suite. The jacuzzi does not work, there is only a water boiler, not the largest, normally you can't buy in the bathroom. Clean, lots of towels, 690 UAH a night.

Traveling with my family on bicycles, we stayed at this hotel for the night. In a triple room Tourist. The room is clean and comfortable. It is quite spacious for its category, it has everything you need. Most memorable was the woman administrator. This is a person who cares. She told us about the city, where and what to see, where you can dine. There is no kettle in the room, we were offered a kettle so that we could make evening tea. It was important for us to have a good rest, as there are many kilometers of pedaling ahead. And in the Castle of the Family, we did it wonderfully! Thank you!
