Sheer disappointment! They ruined an almost new pair of Michael Kors ankle boots, which I handed over to replace the zipper at Likograd. As a result of long 3-month torment with numerous fittings and alterations, the shoes were rendered unusable. No apologies, no attempts to somehow resolve the issue. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I gave the Timberlands for mending, which I had already said goodbye to, since they went through Crimea and Rome, repairs, and so on. They lay for half a year, my hand did not rise to throw it away, I really love them and I cannot find such models in Ukraine, I ordered them almost 9 years ago in the USA. The guys did the impossible. I will not say that the shoes look like new, they were still too worn out, but very close to that. Thank you very much, you are magicians, I will recommend you to my friends!
