The consultant is very friendly and the service is good. But there are questions to the implementation of the service ... I handed over a thing with really difficult spots, as a result, half were withdrawn, half not. They warned about the risk of being left behind, they remained, but this is not critical. And since I already agreed to the trail, it was possible to remove the spots to the end, and not half ... They promised, if it doesn’t work out, that they will make a discount, but no, I paid the full price. After this dry cleaning I decided to wipe off the remaining spots on my own, and what do you think? acetone and vanish will save the world.

It so happened that I ruined the bag with an antiseptic and completely ruined the matte texture of the bag, the leather of the bag is very moody, the craftsmen restored the bag to me like new! I highly recommend this workshop, I will continue to use their services
