Worst experience I have ever had. Unprofessional management (I was there the day before and made an agreement to come next day and have only ironing of my clothes with finishing on exact date. I came next day, saw the same person at the desk, she haven't even asked me about anything, just took my clothes and gave me a receipt with default service: washing and ironing, which is almost x2 price with appointment to a not appropriate date. After providing my arguments she wasn't quite polite to me. Anyway we come to an agreement with the help of another manager. But when I came to get my stuff back, at exact date and time, my order was only half ready! Summary: do not recommend, under general luxuriness and politeness hides unprofessionality.

I got used to simple conditions in such a service sector. I did not expect such attention to myself as a client. Be sure to treat yourself to coffee and sweets, this is very attractive. I love things made from natural fabrics. They are quite expensive and I do not trust everyone with cleaning (unfortunately, precedents do happen). In this case, Pastiralla meets all expectations.

Spoil things! And then you won’t prove anything, the attitude towards customers is terrible! Spoiled a new bag, which was a couple of months, instead of a white slope it is yellow and stained! Just a spoiled expensive thing that you can now just throw in the trash
