One star plus for "warm and clean room". According to the owner of the business, we should be glad of this already. Indeed, in the freezing rain outside, what else to ask of these lovely women without masks. But we tried to give the bed linen to the laundry. Instead of UAH 55 indicated on the website, they asked us for UAH 80. And it's not about money, but about the attitude towards clients and towards their duties. There were no apologies, of course. There was a standard attempt to shift the responsibility onto the mythical "site administrator" who got something wrong. I myself am engaged in the development of sites and know a lot of ways to keep the information on the site up to date. As I know, if you are interested in your business and clients, you yourself not only go to check the site's performance at least periodically, but also the relevance of the information on it. In this case, we saw these prices at least 2 months ago, which means that all this time there was "incorrect" information on the site, and this did not bother anyone. Well, in conclusion, I would like to quote the owner of the business: "The client is always right, but you are wrong!" This is genius!
