Excellent dry cleaning! The staff at the point is just bubbly)) Very polite and pleasant ladies. My trousers were cleaned in 2 days, the stains were all gone. I also got a nice bonus in the form of a discount on cleaning in honor of my birthday)

Terrible attitude towards customers, the item was not returned on the specified date, having replied that it was not even taken for repairs, it is not ready, who told you that it will be done on that date - strange - the administrator's answer. Seriously? How can you work like this? what should I do, there was no answer. It is unrealistic to contact the management, they will call you when I don't know - and so for 2 days Sorry, but this is a complete failure. As a result, the call is your thing - pick up, with my schedule from 9:00 to 21 it is unrealistic, no proposal for a solution to the problem was offered 🤦🏿‍♀️. You will go far with this approach to clients
