As a result, the quality of work is low, although the service is pleasant: on all the shoes that I repaired in this network of workshops, socks on the soles peeled off (shoes from different manufacturers, but all of high quality), and on one of the pairs I also found the soles peeling from the leather sole.

The girl from the complaint department is extremely not interested in the reputation of her organization and the solution of this issue. He answers all uncomfortable questions with absurd excuses and evades the request to involve a competent employee or a higher manager in solving the issue! How she was hired, a mystery ... Bottom line: spoiled shoes, rude attitude! I do not recommend anyone to contact this organization, unless you want to say goodbye to your things! I will contact the consumer protection inspectorate! This is already a principle!

Wasted my time! It was necessary to replace the zipper on the leather jacket, at first they said on the phone what they could do, named the price, then I brought the jacket to this point of acceptance, everything was issued, they said to wait 2 weeks. A couple of days later they write to me in Viber that they cannot make repairs without dry cleaning. Supposedly dry cleaning is a mandatory service for them, and repairs are an addition, I did not hear any more nonsense - neither by phone, nor at their reception point, and they did not say a word about it! At the same time, the jacket is absolutely clean, it simply does not require dry cleaning. Complete disappointment with such unprofessionalism.
