I decided to choose a new one for myself. Interested in cyclocross and gravel. I was looking for different options. Ultimately settled on Cannonade Topstone. I started ringing the shops, it was not available anywhere. I typed Elastomania, the manager Sergei said that there was no stock, but maybe I’m lucky and there will be one of the pre-ordered next model year. And so it happened. I myself am from another city, there was no opportunity to come and see. For lack of other options, it was decided to send the bike by new mail. The bike turned out to be out of the box with a small defect. I didn't really count on anything, but I wrote to Sergey for everyone. Sergei did not leave me with this question, he asked me to send pictures and said that he would try to solve all the issues directly with Cannonade. All this took some time, but in the end Sergey agreed to replace all the defective parts in the official service in my city + basic bike setup, everything is free. Cannonade turned out to be very loyal to its customers. I was pleasantly surprised and very glad that everything was decided this way. Thanks a lot to Sergey and the Elastomania managers for the quality service.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Sergey for his help with the warranty replacement of the bike. I purchased the Pride savage 7.1 model in May 2018 after 2 years of active operation and the distance traveled + -5000 km, I noticed a crack in the weld. Remembering the warranty on the frame, I turned to the store with this problem. Sergey (the manager) took over all negotiations with the manufacturer and after 2 weeks announced the confirmation of the frame replacement, but it had to be expected, since the required size was not available. After 2 months from the moment of the application, the frame arrived, but a number of changes in its design were discovered, which would entail the replacement of most of the parts. But then Sergei promptly reacted and made an additional application for the warranty replacement of unsuitable parts, based on the results of negotiations, he informed me about a complete replacement of the bike. to which I was extremely shocked and very happy. So to everyone who thinks between buying used bikes or new ones, I definitely recommend new ones! After all, the guarantee really works! Once again, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to #Pride for replacing the bike and to #Elastomania for helping negotiate a service consultation. Very pleased with the work of the staff of this store
