Amazing historical place of Sumy! In which you strengthen your love for your native places. How Chekhov loved this nature, how he treated local peasants. It would seem that the estate in which he spent two summers, in which he simply rested, but what significance this period plays in his life and work. Incredible gratitude to the keepers of memory and culture - the museum workers, who, despite all the difficulties, retain their faith and love for the master and share it with people. Anna Arkadyevna Chernyshova gave us a wonderful excursion, revealing the philosophical aspect of Chekhov's work and drawing interesting parallels. This is the only museum named after A.P. Chekhov in Ukraine - so can you not visit it while living in Sumy?)

The atmosphere of the late 19th century in each exhibit! Nice staff and low prices. It is a pity that photography is paid, so many photos inside the house can not be taken. This is the only available Chekhov museum in Ukraine today. I recommend to all fans of the writer)
