It is customary to call this house "Metropolitan Chambers", not a palace. The house was built in 1761-1762 according to the design of one of the architects from the Fessinger family - Clemens or Kanti (researchers argue). Subsequently, there were two reconstructions in the XIX and XX centuries. I was lucky enough to be in the wards twice: on November 1, 1993, on the anniversary of the death of Metropolitan Andrei, I accidentally came to an audience with Cyrus Volodymyr Sternyuk. I remember the stairs and the hall on the second floor. Then I was amazed that you can live in such a house at all! For the second time she was on business at a meeting with Cyrus Gleb Lonchina. Obviously, there were no opportunities to take a closer look at the interior, see the elements of decor, furniture and more. It would be very interesting if small excursions were occasionally possible.
