be very careful when dealing with this office in lviv airport .... i was told that the 500 euros hold on my credit card would be returned to my credit card and would take up to 5 business days, its been 10 business days and still nothing has returned to my credit card. When i called with my concern, the guy at the front desk told me i need to contact my bank.. and that they did everything on there end....( be very careful guys...!

Hi! Be carefull with credit card deposit! Company hold credit card deposit after return! Person at help desk inform me that deposit will come back ONLY after car washing and he couldn't do it today!! Be really carefull with Budget Ukraine, especially Lviv airport office
