We had a terrible experience renting from these guys last week. At every turn it was bad - waiting *an hour* for them to show up to their office (on a Wed afternoon), waiting another hour to receive the car, them trying to change the price, them playing games with exchange rates, and more. Absolutely do not recommend.

First off, there are no signs. It's at same door as tourist agency in photo, but none of the signage as in company photos. Call first. If you want, use online form, but then call. After first experience, would rate as an excellent rental company. The owner is really welcoming and laid-back. Newer models of mostly American cars. Competitive pricing. Convenient location. Flexible pick up and return. No hassle. Add insurance or leave a deposit. For example, econ class $50/day with insurance or $35/day plus $400 deposit. Will definitely use in future for anytime want to rent a car. And will recommend to others. Everyone I've recommended to has had a poor experience. Not sure what that says.

Rented with these guys back in 2014. Everything went smooth and the car was in excellent shape!

Very good service and better prices in comparison to others

Everything is fine, but be prepared to wait for employees for about an hour, even if you called up in advance. This is sadness. On the phone sits a "manager" with a manner of communication "Troeshchinsky market." The car inspection card is not fundamentally filled ("no time"), but the status is recorded on video. I highly recommend, for my part, to remove on the phone absolutely all the defects of the car (ideally with backlight) during the inspection. The park is mainly American cars. It is better not to bother with a sink before putting it in and at the end just pay 250-300 UAH for their washing. Otherwise, the service is normal: left a deposit, got a working car, skated, accepted a car and immediately returned the deposit (it is better to leave it in cash, so as not to mess around with an infinitely long return to the card). Another plus: the rental price is slightly lower than the average for the city.
