If you have a desire and time to wait for your shoes for a month or two and eventually pick them up in the same condition and also pay money for it, this is the place for you! In our case, the work was quite difficult, but the owner, Robert Vladimirovich, assured that they would do everything and recruit us in a week, which, of course, did not happen. 2 pairs were handed over for repairs, one of them was made in half with grief, and we paid for it, and the second, as it were, was sent back. The receptionist, claiming that we still owe 60 hryvnia from the first pair, refused to pay the entire amount of the deposit for the unmade pair (for the first time she generally decided that even without a deposit of 200 hryvnia we could go in peace). At the same time (the next day we found him at the reception center in Children's World), the same Robert Vladimirovich said that they would still try to do something, and to our question about paying for the first pair he said that we had already paid for everything ... BUT! I did not consider it necessary to enter this into the receipt. As a result, the receptionist was still trying to knock off an additional 60 hryvnyas from us, and the helpful Robert Vladimirovich simply froze and did not answer phone calls. The prices in the workshop are not the lowest, but the attitude towards customers is like the last crooks. And it's not even about money, but about a disgusting desire to weld on the client by any means. They simply spit on the client's trust. So if you are looking for a good workshop, look further, this is clearly not the right place.

If you nevertheless took the risk and decided to become a client of Ideal (the receiving point is Darnitsa metro station in Detsky Mir, 1st floor) - be careful when drawing up the invoice. They will certainly try to deceive you, and if it does not work out right away, they will stretch out the time and with a kind air they will still “make” one hundred square meters - another. In May, I gave 2 pairs of sneakers for an expensive repair. For one I paid immediately, and for the second - an advance of 70% of the cost. A month later! not receiving the promised call, I went to see the sneakers. One pair was made, and the second one turned out to be impossible to fix. I can pick up the sneakers, but the receptionist did not offer to take the advance payment. To my question about the refund of money, she said that only the owner Robert Vladimirovich can resolve this issue. Robert Vladimirovich was kind when communicating, but did not give the money ... He swore that of course the shoes would be repaired (good material was needed), the price, of course, would not change. She asked me to write in the invoice how much money for which pair. No, well, you, everything is as agreed, no more hryvnia. I did not make any marks and disappeared. First a vacation, then I just didn't answer calls ... I got tired of waiting, today (in mid-July) I took my sneakers and money - how much the receptionist gave (not the entire amount of the advance payment) ... But on occasion, from a passer-by, I found out where a good craftsman works. I think I'll be lucky!
