I really want to leave an objective review, I hope it will help someone. For a very long time last year they were looking for a kindergarten for my daughter, she was 2 years old, she immediately opted for private kindergartens, as it seemed that there was more order in private kindergartens, small groups and children should get sick less. I thought that this was such a problem, since basically all private kindergartens have a small area, small rooms, etc. The average payment was 8000-10000 UAH for 7-12 people in a group. We chose Edhouse, located on the territory the former kindergarten, a large playground, and that was very pleased with the payment of UAH 6000, although they promised a maximum of 18 people in the group, but in fact more than 13 people do not go. At first everything was ok, good development, nutrition, good educators. But by the New Year it began jokes: not working on working state weekdays (when holidays are worked out on weekends), setting New Year's holidays for the garden at your own discretion, when there were working days, the garden was on vacation, and the parents were forced to look for where to attach the child. It should be noted that no one reimbursed all non-working days, the money burns out for a subscription, recalculation of food, as a result, there are 21 people in the group instead of the promised "maximum 18". Nobody contacted the parents, they said all the time: "Have you read and signed the contract? ! "All master classes, matinees were paid additionally, at the maximum price. In 2020, the payment was raised to 7500 for 21 people in the group. After quarantine, our group was told that the garden was closed forever)) and then we learned that they were waiting for new wards to come to them to the garden)) We just decided to part with our group because the parents were not very loyal to their limits. Therefore, read the agreement very carefully and do not see the beautiful stories of the administrator about this garden. By the way, the money for March 7,500 that we paid and did not leave, since quarantine was announced on March 12, no one returned us))

This kindergarten disappointed us very much. Children are not thought of or taken care of here. The only thing that interests the administration, directors and owners is money. Here they can even hit a child and then tell that he hit himself. The premises are tiny, the attitude towards clients (children and their parents) is friendly only until you make an initial payment and payment a month in advance. Then you no longer interest anyone. And the interests of your child are all the more on the side. And the administration and educators. When something didn't suit us and we told the administration and the director about it, they hinted to us that everything was written in the contract, we had to read it carefully. And if something doesn't suit you, you can leave.

We were very surprised to learn that in this garden they take payment for classes that are not actually taught to children. When recalculating due to illness, etc. always make mistakes in their favor. Instead of developing activities, children are shown cartoons. Management and administrators are constantly changing. At the same time, each newly arrived director neither sleep nor spirit about what the previous one had promised. If you are told upon admission that something is missing in the garden right now, but it is planned to do this in the near future, you should understand that this will never be done. More recently, under the guise of quarantine, the garden has become disgraced and infamous for getting rid of all its existing clients without reimbursing them for any costs. Now they are actively looking for a new audience that will bring new profits in the form of registration fees. The garden is located in a huge building. But it only takes a few rooms on one floor of one wing. All other premises are leased as offices. The garden is full of cars and people who have nothing to do with the garden.

I do not recommend this garden. The goal of the garden is to siphon as much money as possible from the parents. In the younger group, the parents were very much outraged because of the negligent attitude of the administration, because of this, the group was closed, they said that the garden was closing. They themselves began to recruit a new one and continue to work further. Office, it's a pity ...

We went to this garden from July 2019 to March 2020. I do not recommend it very much. At first, there were about 10 people in the group and that was just fine. But a month later, 22 children were recruited! For this number of children, there is only 1 teacher and 1 nanny. The children did not have enough attention, it often happened that they send photos from a walk, where the child has a hat in winter, ears on top or shod on the wrong leg. All classes somehow in a hurry, someone understood, someone did not, went on. The child did not acquire any new skills or knowledge during the 8 months of visiting this kindergarten. As for payment, be careful! There is an initial payment, without which the child will not be accepted into the garden. But if you don't like something and you want to leave, for example, in a month or a couple of weeks, this amount will not be returned to you. A year ago it was UAH 3000. There was a separate fee for the subscription, which is not recalculated if the child, for example, is sick or for some other reason does not visit the garden. And separately payment for food + payment for all sections and circles. Meals 3 times a day, rather mediocre. All activities, additional classes, English, wushu, gymnastics, etc. - everything is additionally paid. Once a week, the teachers with the children glued something, did some crafts. It was called a "master class" and was also paid additionally (100 UAH). All matinees and holidays are also paid. New Year's party "NG 2020" (lasted about 30 minutes) cost 600 UAH, matinee "March 8" 250 UAH. Moreover, these matinees were nothing special and were absolutely not worth the money. Kindergarten has a good, relatively new playground. But children walk on it very few. In winter, half an hour a day, in summer about 1 hour in total. The rest of the time they sit in a stuffy, cramped room. Since there are a lot of activities for the children, and if there is some holiday and a matinee ahead, there are also rehearsals. During the rehearsals of the New Year's matinee, the children were not taken outside for several days, because I am quoting: “I had to rehearse the matinee,” so there was no time for walks. The room where the children sleep is very small, narrow, stuffy. The group size for 22 children is also very small. In the garden, the children were constantly sick. Direct cycle of infections. In November-December, the Coxsackie virus and rotavirus went around. The children were sick with them in turn, while no one closed the garden. There is also an important nuance in the work of this garden: the garden is closed on Saturdays and on the days of state labor services that fall on Saturdays. At the same time, those extra weekends, for which the working off falls on Saturdays, they also do not work. A vivid example: NG holidays 2019/2020. On working days throughout the country (21.12, 28.12, 2.01, 3.01, 11.01), the garden did not work. And the cost of these days was not compensated in any way. The garden went on vacation for 11 days in a row, from 28.12 to 8 January. During this period, 5 working days fell out, (transfers to Saturdays + just working days). Which the garden just ignored and didn't work. During these days we were not compensated for anything from the cost of the subscription. All parents were unhappy. The situation repeats itself from year to year. Nobody plans to change anything. Over time, a separate clause was added to the agreement that the garden has the right to set weekends and holidays for itself. Payment is always made one month in advance in the first days of the month. This is about 8000-9000 UAH / month. On March 1, as usual, all parents paid for the garden services in advance for the entire March. And on March 12, the garden went into quarantine, without compensating a penny from this money. At the end of July, all parents from our group were told to come and collect their children's belongings, since the garden was closed forever. Moreover, the security did not even let the parents into the territory so that they could take these things. They took out packages full of things to the guard post, in which they had to rummage around and look for their own. It was very humiliating. Well, a month later, the garden gave an advertisement on Instagram and on the website that it was recruiting new groups. None of the parents of our group were compensated for anything and were not invited to the garden again. Be careful! This garden belongs to the oligarchs and if something goes wrong, in any scenario you will be left with nothing and you will not prove anything to anyone.
