Very strangely organized service! I couldn't pick up my coat because I didn't have a receipt with me! Moreover, the phone received an sms with the order number! They said they needed a receipt or a passport! It's just a coat and not a cell in a jar. The worker was dry. No hint of empathy. Dry text on a template - like a robot. No smoothing of my dissatisfaction and spoiled mood. I will be able to pick up the coat only in a few days. After all, dry cleaning is near work. And I do not work every day. Very dissatisfied with this policy. I will not wear things to them!

The receiver of things is a pleasant woman, knows her business, attentive to clients. Oriented by the presence of valid shares. The collection point is located in a very convenient place, it is not possible to get lost. I can't say about the quality of dry cleaning, I handed over things for the first time, I hope for a good result.

I gave 2 jackets in Krivoy Rog to dry cleaning. One was cleaned well, the second is spoiled. There are stains throughout the product. The answer is "Blame yourself" The precipitate is unpleasant, especially on the eve of the holidays.
