We bought a sink, as it turned out they forgot to tell us that the product was not original. In the event of a breakdown, they took the goods to the store for repair, but they were able to pick them up only with the help of the police, while the seller shamelessly lied about the situation. By the way, the goods are not taken for repairs anywhere, only the seller (Roman) takes them somewhere for alleged repairs. A warranty card is not issued, they say that a check is a guarantee, and according to the law and according to the rules of service, goods without a warranty card are not taken for service.
