The museum has recently been forced to slightly change priorities. Currently, we continue research on the history of the Kharkov province, which includes research on genealogy, the history of temples, settlements, ethnography of Slobodskaya Ukraina, expeditions. However, given the lack of a sufficiently large room for a permanent exhibition or exhibitions, we are forced to abandon this direction. But to a greater extent it is supposed to be engaged in the development of our publishing business. At present, we have already prepared 54 new editions, which will be released in the very near future. These are books from the series: “Forgotten Manuscripts”, “Orthodox Churches of Slobodskaya Ukraina”, “Old Manors”, “Kharkov Historical Heritage”, “Slobozhansky Rodovods”. We still want to remain leaders in the publication of historical literature on the Kharkov province and Sloboda Ukraine. We also post on the museum sites all materials that we are not able to publish in the form of printed materials. On the museum’s sites, the gallery and the section of the book will be constantly updated, where a person who does not have enough money can read books in electronic form. Books that we are not going to publish here will be located here, but they will be able to supplement the knowledge of people who are interested in the history of our region.
