Was dissatisfied with the collection (once a week) and PAID delivery of the carpet. Delivered once a week on Saturday, but that's not the worst thing. On the day of delivery, the courier calls and says that in 10 minutes we will give you a lift. I have never heard in any delivery that they warned for such a short line. I didn't have the opportunity to come to the house in 10 minutes. In response, the courier says to me: "Well, then we won't deliver." I had to call, as I understand it, the call center and find out. As a result, I received such an answer, if I don’t pick up the carpet within 10 minutes, then they will bring it to me next Saturday (ie wait a week for the carpet). Let me remind you this is a paid delivery, which is carried out once a week and with a call in 10 minutes. Well, they cleaned it well, I won't lie, that's why I put it 2 stars. If there was more competition in our city, you would be left without clients.

They took the carpet on December 21. They brought it on January 21. The carpet stinks of gasoline and engine oil, the pile is slick, the color has not changed a bit (as it was dark from dust and remained so) although they promise 90% of the original appearance. In a month they promised to bring it 4 times and apologized all the time. My verdict is that they clean the carpets by hand and wait until the month dries and feed everyone with noodles. The carpets hang in the workshop, soaked in some kind of machine oil, and our rugs stink!
