The bronze monument depicts always waiting parents - they are not very old, but not young. Very naturally transmitted poses and even facial expressions of these women and men, which symbolize parents. The author of the monument, the famous local sculptor Volodymyr Tokar, created it almost a year later, calling the composition "We are always waiting". This phrase is written on the pedestal of the sculptures and reflects the eternal parental anxiety for children. It was decided to install the monument on the square near the fountain for a reason, because this place is very popular among young people, couples in love, and it should remind them of those who are always waiting and caring for them.
