We thought you were competition and banned you from the page. 2) You son left his lessons at the end of May and said he would return in September saying he was happy with his lessons. 3) You waited almost 3 months and gave us a bad review the middle of August. 4) Your sons teacher informed me that your son never did his homework, and missed lessons without advanced warning. 5) it is, and always has been, our rule that students pay for the month of lessons at the beginning of the month. If a student gives advanced warning that they will miss a lesson, we will reschedule the lesson. Your son refused any offers of make up lessons. 6) I was informed by our administrator that you did not pay at the beginning of the month, but at the end of the month. And you paid only for the lessons your son had. You did not pay for any lessons he decided to skip. 7) You have a reputation of leaving bad reviews everywhere you go. Therefore, as you got exactly what you paid for, your bad review is a non-issue because it never happened.

For half a year I was looking for a teacher of nature in my city. After going a long way of trial and error, I ended up with Frank. My son studied at school for a year. I have no complaints about teaching! But the attitude towards people is a shock! Unfortunately, Frank and his team are focused primarily on the financial side of the issue. If you have a good reason why you cannot attend a lesson or a few, for example, are ill, then you will not be refunded and, under any pretext, will not postpone classes to other days. They simply stop talking to you, don’t pick up phones, don’t read messages !!! And when you put the appropriate rating, they will first send (in the full sense of the word), and then block (ban)!
