Took to the center through the Miss Shopping to make the steering wheel. They repaired the factory for as long as 2 months, they just screwed up the crack. On my day off I wanted to fold, but it does not fold. The moral is that for that money I bought a German bicycle and rode long and happily. It's a shame to sell it to someone. Therefore, I do not recommend contacting Ardis

We recently bought a large child there. We took hiland in 13 frames. Great looks very stylish. Unlike others in this price segment, the body kit costs the whole brand and not half. We are still riding on a completely flattened saddle, but with such growth, it is convenient for our son to use all the possibilities. Even the brake levers are such that it is convenient for him to deliver. The handle has a metal one, and not like most with such a segment, it turned out to be very useful when falling. In general, we are very satisfied with the great. The son even learned to use the programs correctly. It is a pity that it does not have 0. March 28, 20 bought a Ukr Bike. Ordered for a gift. They brought a bicycle with scratches on the fork and on the protection near the pedal. Complained that the bike comes unpacked so it is scratched. As they agreed on compensation by providing an additional accessory free of charge, the bicycle was confiscated (plus, given the beginning of quarantine and the possibility of finding it quickly elsewhere). After that there was correspondence in the mail about the free accessory. But he still doesn't have it. Prior to that, he supported our manufacturer and bought 2 sports bikes in a store on Berkovetskaya. I thought all Ardis stores have the same service. Although the last time I visited this store, I did not receive any normal service or normal consultation (I did not see many old faces; it seems that the service has changed with people). I do not recommend buying anything in this store and be very careful with other stores of this brand. P.S .: I also noticed very small red spots on the steering wheel (I understand this is rust)

I describe the situation: on Sat (05/23/2020) we were in this store, we chose a bicycle for my sister, after talking with the sellers we found out that all the models presented in the store are on order, you can’t buy them. BUT, the seller said that on Tue (05.26.2020) there will be a large delivery, it will be possible to come, choose and immediately buy (at that time 2 models were already looked after). We were recorded in a magazine with the words "we will call you when you can come to choose." On Tue (May 26, 2020), my sister called the store with a question of whether there was a delivery, to which she was answered: “it will be tonight, come tomorrow at lunch — there will be plenty to choose from and buy). Wednesday came today, May 27, 2020 ), the sister and dad come to the store and they are told: “the one you just wanted to leave, the rest of the models are on order.” The magazine, which supposedly writes something is fantastic, everyone writes, but no one else looks and when asked to see the recording, the answer is: “I don’t know who recorded you, I won’t watch anything.” This was the first and last acquaintance with this store. I sincerely recommend it to anyone! I understand that the season, but this is not a reason to be scattered by customers Thanks to everyone who read to the end!
