This is my first time with SIXT. Pleasant rental experience. Taking and returning the car was nice, quick and easy. They gave me one year old Camry in almost perfect condition. It made my trip to Dnepr very pleasant in spite of bad roads. If you are driving to another city make sure the car has cruise control - I learnt that not all AT cars in Ukraine have cruise control.

Great service and made the renting easy. My husband and I decided to rent a car on a whim because our train trip plan did not work out. The agent made the process really smooth. She spoke English and accepted the Visa debit from U.S. which was one of my concerns. Return was as easy as renting as well. The gentleman at the desk was courteous and explained the deposit return process before we left. For extra details, the office has Wi-Fi if you need it, prices are calculated in Euros (but they can tell you in $), and the deposit is also charged in Euros. I would recommend this place highly and will definitely utilize it the next time. Oh and just in case you are worried about the deposit while using credit/debit from another country, the deposit was returned without any problem.

Clean and modern location, young and very helpful employees, great prices for the cars. Our experience was awesome, we'll be back.
