Pretty new, clean and well-served cars for the nice price. Good service and after all it's a company, that can be trusted!
I rented a VW Passat B8. You can pay and leave a deposit from the card. A lease agreement is signed.
The car was in good condition, the additional functions used by all worked: seat adjustment, air conditioning, cruise control, etc.
Before issuance, the manager marked the existing scratches in the contract and additionally took a photo of the car from different angles on the camera. Installed a mount for a smartphone. He suggested where best to refuel.
The main thing is that I handed over the car without any problems - the manager inspected for new scratches and looked inside. He didn't think of anything to do to throw on top of the rent. Everyone warned me that in Ukrainian. rentals this often happens, but for the first time everything went well. By the way, SV-CAR chose because of these reviews.
I was warned that before returning I either had to go to the car wash or pay UAH 250 to bring them myself. I stopped by and washed - there were no questions about that either.
Monstrous service !!
Incompetent workers!
Look for another company immediately!
The car is in a terrible state, a lot of scratches, abrasions, 5 of them were recorded damage, in reality there are hundreds of them.
We rented a car for 2 days, they could have rented it on Saturday around 18, but on the hotline we were assured that on Saturday they only work until 17:00, and on the schedule, for some reason, until 19 ... hmm .. strange somehow .. agreed that we will arrive on Sunday at 9. We arrived .. and voila ... everything is closed, we dialed by phone, and we "will be by 10" .. Are you kidding ?? !!!? .. we agreed in advance !!
The next step is payment .. it's awful when a company representative says that he makes us an offer, that he takes the car on Sunday, and he is not paid for it at all (the contract states that the change is 10 bucks on the day off) .. but it turns out, they do not issue checks for these 10 bucks! The question is how is this possible at all ?! Then it turns out that we, as a client, pay these 10 bucks to a person who came to take a car on a day off O_o How do you like that ?? !!
Good luck to all! Empty our experience will be useful))
On Sunday, I could not get through three times (the time and days of work on the site are not indicated). After the order, the manager called back.
When communicating in the office, the manager really liked it. We discussed the nuances, made a contract (etc.), when I did not find the triangle in the car, he shared his own. Flexible payment system.
This is where the pros are over.
The car was given out in a very poor condition. As a result, 115 photos of damage (some duplicate damage from different angles) and more than an hour and a half spent on fixing them.
1. A very large number of scratches, chips, cracks, rusting places on the body, doors, windshield and turn signals (on mirrors).
2. All 5 wheels are semi-deflated, one to the point that it is punched by hands. According to the contract, he corrected it at his own expense (at the service station).
3. The discs are fixed on ties (clamps), and one disc is cracked.
4. The car is not equipped according to the traffic rules of Ukraine (clause 31.4.7.є) - there was no fire extinguisher and first aid kit. In addition, I was convinced that they are not necessary.
5. Dirty interior with grain marks on the seats. In the trunk, a piece of cover has been torn off.
6. And the cherry on the cake, it was discovered on the last day - the hand brake, which does not hold the car on the slope. (Violation of traffic rules clause 31.4.1.)
Through my fault (I did not see the hole at night), I hit and bent 2 right caps and broke off piece by piece from 2 right disks.
7. The price for the repair of the hubcaps is overstated by 1.5-2 times (later I found out the cost at the service station) and despite the fact that one of the chipped discs was already cracked, they took a fee for the entire set of discs (without discounts).
I'm sorry, I hit, I paid.
The manager apologized a lot for the state of the car, said that the car was partners, etc. When he informed him about a faulty hand brake, the manager was at first very surprised and said that it was not scary ("it is still not used in motion"), and then promised to make a discount next time and offer only his cars (not partner cars). I wonder ... do they really believe that after THIS I will turn to them again? ..
Another point, formally I cannot attribute to the disadvantages, but it turned out to be an unpleasant surprise for me - the fuel policy, that it is necessary to return it with the same amount of fuel with which I received it (in my case, 3 divisions out of 8). Pay extra for the shortage, but if there is a surplus left, the money will not be returned.
And like an Easter egg from the 90s - there was a bat in the trunk.
I have many years of experience on scooters and moto, but the category of hands came to open only half a year ago (rights are already 10 years old). In order not to confuse people, I chose the cubature option. The general manager first made a rustle saying that there is no confirmed experience, we will think about it. But when another manager arrived on the spot, he did not make a drama out of it and gave out a motorcycle without any problems. After all, common sense says that in the case of two wheels, if there is damage to the equipment, most likely there will be damage to me)) Yes, and from the numerous scratches on the motorcycle, we can confidently say that the numbers on a piece of paper cannot be an absolute confirmation of the driver's skills. And thanks to such a sound policy, I didn't have to stupidly "pickle" my rights for another year and a half. If a completely adult person comes with his equipment and asks for a motorcycle, a competent manager will not see this as a problem.
