But I want to note the pleasant service - I really liked the woman who took things and the girl who gave them away. I handed over three things: sweatpants with wool with composition, suit pants and a shirt. The shirt is old, but not worn, it has stains from old age, I decided to try to take it to dry cleaning. They didn't remove the stain, they didn't take money for it, absolutely no complaints. I paid for trousers and pants. I checked the shirt, as I suspected that the stain would remain, but did not check the pants. And she is to blame for this, so I will not go outraged. Sweatpants brought in just greasy, as white. Near pockets and at the bottom. Nothing special. And in spools. They said that they can also remove the spools. I was delighted. Bottom line: they almost cleaned the bottom of the dirt, nothing is visible, if you don't look closely, the dirt remains near the pockets, nobody tried to remove the spools. I attach a photo, there is also a greasy pocket and that the pellets are not touched. They also left a puff, but to whom you can prove it (And it was definitely not there. There was a stain on the trousers, it must have sat somewhere. They said it looked like something food grade. The stain has lightened a little, but has not been removed, it is visible, you cannot wear trousers. I'll try to try my luck elsewhere. It was my first time in dry cleaning, so it is likely that I am also wrong about something. But the fact remains. Okay, trousers - the stain didn't come out. But they didn't even try to do what they promised on sweatpants, they also left the puff.
