The lady who took the order was a little daring in the conversation from the very beginning, but did not attach any importance (it will be further). The time limit is 7 days, an SMS came to the phone at the very end of the 10th day. When asked about the rules, the same lady began to accuse me of why it burns to me so much and for 3 days it is normal, nothing terrible happened. To a calm remark to keep the rules, the woman had already begun to raise her voice, then I began to communicate with her in a raised voice. While talking, I checked the quality of the work, what they promised to fix was the easiest thing to fix, but what they said was unlikely to be corrected, a paradox))) But in any case, pointing out the shortcomings of the work, the woman said - “I’m nothing I see everything is clear. " A white down jacket was handed over, black stripes on white !!! In general, she accepted the order with a displeased face. When asked about the regulations, she said - "I won't tell you, you still won't please." But in the end I gave 3 days, they did it after 4))) I took the down jacket from another woman, cleaned up the rules, but the result is the same. It is better to go somewhere further, go to the other end of the city, take a taxi, or just pay more elsewhere than these guys. I made this mistake a second time, hoping that in a year they would improve both the quality of work and the service, but as it turned out, the guys break through the bottom only in this way) DO NOT RECOMMEND!
