Great service, very polite staff. I gave a jacket for dry cleaning, with complex stains from door seals in a car. The technologist called back and said that the stains are too resistant and the jacket membrane could be damaged. Therefore, there is a possibility that they will remain. But they promised to make every effort to remove them. Bottom line: all stains have been removed, and the jacket is just like new! Which made me very happy and for which many thanks to Unmomento! I did not expect that I would get all the stains, but the result, I was just impressed. All stains are gone. Even plasticine. The mattress became snow-white, no circles of urine remained, no stains of blood. As a gift I was treated with bed mites. What really impressed me was that the next tribute I received a call from a person with whom I spoke on the phone and asked if all the stains were gone, if I liked the work of the master, as my sofa and mattress dried. Really liked it, recommended!

I handed in a beige coat for cleaning. I took it one season and decided to prepare it before the fall, because there were minor spots on the pockets and sleeves.
